Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Brielle’s Shells™! We hand-craft and ship each order with care. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
During peak seasons, new product launches, or sales, processing may take longer.

Please note:

  • We do not ship on holidays in which postal services are closed.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

If your order includes preorder items, your entire order will ship together unless you place separate orders.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Estimated delivery times (after your order ships):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Once the package is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control.


3. Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Brielle’s Shells is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying reshipment fees.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Look around entrances, mailrooms, or porches

  3. Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark delivered early

  4. Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS)

Brielle’s Shells is not responsible for refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
We will always try our best to help, but the carrier is ultimately responsible once the package is marked delivered.


 

6. Shipping for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale shipping timelines differ based on order volume and inventory availability.

Wholesale customers will be provided:

  • Estimated ship window

  • Tracking number upon dispatch

  • Any freight or carton details if applicable

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we start preparing orders quickly:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations or address changes once an order is placed

  • If you need help, email us ASAP at hello@briellesshells.com 


8. Shipping Delays

Brielle’s Shells is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or other carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Customs or shipping disruptions

We cannot refund shipping fees for delayed packages.
